Why do you need to use a size conversion? Why not just expert the customer to measure themselves? Let me discuss some of the benefits.

Customers who chose the wrong size will ask for a refund even if you sent the right size. What I mean by wrong is that they chose the Small size, not knowing they should have ordered Extra Small. The clothing will not fit them, so they cannot use it.
If they ask for a refund, this is lost revenue for you, even if they pay for the shipment of the product back to you.
Increase in Revenue
You will increase your revenue if you use a size chart. If your site visitor is from the UK and she sees that you have a size conversion table, she will be likely to buy. Why? Because even if the clothing sizes are for Chinese people, there is a way to convert the size for a UK customer.
Make customer experience seamless
The last benefit is customer experience. If a customer has to do some effort to make a purchase, the quality of experience is degraded. In the sales industry, you will become known and people will come back to your store if they do not have to do hard work.

On your product page, just refer the customer to that page so they can see all the chart sizes. The problem with this is that if you do this, they will be taken off the page and they may not click the “add-to-cart” button anymore. It is still better of the size chart is on the product page.
